Getting Started with BuzzReach

1. Create your account

Sign up at app.buzzreach.app/signup. No credit card required for your 7-day free trial.

2. Set up a product profile

Tell BuzzReach about your product:

  • Product URL — The link to your product or landing page.
  • One-line pitch — What your product does in one sentence.
  • Keywords — Phrases your potential customers use when asking for help (e.g., "parking ticket appeal", "IRS penalty help").
  • Tone — How you want replies to sound: casual, professional, friendly, technical.

3. Review opportunities

When you run a scan, BuzzReach searches for fresh threads that match your keywords. For each match you get:

  • The thread URL
  • Why it matched your keywords
  • A draft reply ready to paste

4. Paste and post

Tap the notification, read the thread, confirm the draft fits, and paste. If it doesn’t fit, skip it. You control every reply.
