Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently asked questions
Does BuzzReach post replies automatically?
No. BuzzReach drafts the reply and copies it to your clipboard. You read the thread, confirm the draft fits, and paste manually. This is by design — automated posting gets accounts banned.
Which platforms does it support?
BuzzReach finds conversations across Reddit, Quora, forums, and blog comment sections — anywhere Google indexes. It searches the open web, not individual platform APIs.
Will my replies look like spam?
The AI drafts genuinely helpful replies that address the person's question first and mention your product naturally. You review every reply before posting, so you control quality.
How fresh are the threads it finds?
BuzzReach uses time-filtered searches to find threads posted in the last few hours. Early replies get visibility; late replies get buried.
How much time does it save?
Most users go from 1-2 hours of daily searching and writing to about 10 minutes of reviewing and pasting. BuzzReach does the tedious 90% — the finding and the drafting — while you keep control of what actually gets posted.
Can I use it for multiple products?
Yes. Basic covers up to 2 products and Pro up to 10, each with its own keywords, custom sites, and tone settings.
What's the difference between Basic and Pro?
Two things: how many products you track, and who does the looking. Basic ($19.99/month) tracks up to 2 products and gives you 5 on-demand scans a day. Pro ($49.99/month) tracks up to 10 products, scans 5 of them automatically every day so the threads are waiting when you open the app, and raises you to 15 manual scans a day. Both use the same sources and the same AI drafting.
How does the free trial work?
7 days at full Pro level, no card required. When it ends you choose Basic or Pro — nothing is charged automatically and nothing is posted on your behalf, ever.
